Corsano OnPrem Release Notes

New features and changes in Corsano OnPrem. The newest release is at the top.

[0.2.0] - 2026-10-07

Added

  • Telemetry collector: The release now includes a basic setup for the telemetry collector.

Changed

  • Simplified environment variables: The setup now needs only a few environment variables.
  • Bracelet assignment: You can now assign a bracelet to a patient, or unassign it, only in the Corsano HCP app. This gives a consistent onboarding workflow for all HCP users.

[0.1.17] - 2026-09-29

Added

  • Payload format setting: Select the webhook payload format: native, hl7-fhir or hl7-v2. Refer to HL7 Webhook.
  • Trends endpoints: Endpoints that show the daily average trends of vital signs.
  • Measurement encryption: For the internal, legacy and batched endpoints. You can set end-to-end (E2E) encryption on or off.
  • Authentication: Two-factor authentication (2FA), auth codes and patient login.
  • Secure access with HTTPS: The portal now has a built-in reverse proxy that takes care of HTTPS for you.
    • Put your server.crt and server.key files in data/proxy_volume/certs.
    • The portal then serves on port 443 and automatically redirects HTTP visitors to HTTPS.
    • If you do not have a certificate yet, the portal continues to work over plain HTTP.

[0.1.16] - 2026-08-01

Added

  • ECG recordings: You can now store and view ECG measurements from the bracelet, so heart rhythm data sits right next to the other vitals.
  • Cuff blood pressure spot checks: Readings from a standard blood pressure cuff can now be added as spot measurements from the app.
  • Sleep insights: Vital data now includes sleep state and sleep quality, and the app can upload Corsano sleep data.
  • Richer activity and heart data: Each vital data record now also carries movement level, activity count, heart rhythm data and heart rate variability as RMSSD.

[0.1.15] - 2026-06-22

Added

  • Patient data sources: Each patient now shows where their data comes from, for example a bracelet or a manual entry.
  • App logs: Support teams can now view app logs directly in the system, which makes troubleshooting faster.
  • Android app support: The OnPrem system now works with both Android apps.
    • With the HCP app, care teams can view their patients and department settings.
    • With the Corsano app, patients can connect their bracelet and send their data straight to the hospital's own server.

Changed

  • The web interface is now included in Docker Compose. A separate frontend installation is not necessary.
  • More flexible data upload: The backend now accepts vital data in several formats, so different devices and app versions can send data without extra conversion.
