Battery error detection

The SDK can detect if the CardioWAtch encounter a charging issue or a battery issue related to an hardware issue.

When detected, the battery level displayed in MetricActivity will be replaced by one of the error code.

Please find below the code and their meaning.

110 Bad Cable

Title : Charging Cable Alert

Message : We have identified a technical issue affecting your charging cable. Please contact Corsano Support for a replacement.

Title : Low Battery Capacity Alert

Message : Your device’s battery is delivering less autonomy than expected. If your device is still under warranty, we suggest to contact Corsano Support.

Title : Unable to Charge properly

Message : For optimal charging, please clean charging contacts on your bracelet and connect your cable to a phone power adapter. Charging via a computer USB port or USB duplicator may be slow or stop completely when the computer enters sleep mode.

Title : Battery Malfunction Alert

Message : Your device’s battery has a hardware issue. Please contact Corsano Support for a replacement. If your device is under warranty, the replacement will be provided free of charge.

Your device seems to not charge to full capacity. For optimal charging, please clean charging contacts on your bracelet and connect your cable to a phone power adapter. Charging via a computer USB port or USB duplicator may be slow or stop completely when the computer enters sleep mode.
